True vector art in .AI or .PDF and .PSD and .jpg with a minimum of 300 dpi resolution for contone - if text is in the artwork minimum resolution is 800 dpi.                                                                                                                                                                                                          
PAD PRINTING: $40.00(g) per screen, 1 color, 1 placement. Extra run charges $0.20(g), net per piece.
True vector art only in .AI or EPS format.
Standard imprinting colors for PAD Printing.
PMS INK COLOR MATCH ON PAD PRINTING: will incur a $40.00(a).
PMS match cannot be guaranteed when printing on non solid white background.

CANCELLED ORDERS: Subject to a $40.00 (a) cancellation fee.

C.O.D. $10.00 Net per destination.

We are not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by distributor.

OVERRUNS, UNDERRUNS: Hartleigh reserves the right to overrun or under run by 5% and bill for actual amount shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME: Catalog quantities are GUARANTEED 5-7 working days from acceptance of final proof.

PROOFS: No charge for faxed or email proof. Distributor assumes all responsibility for proof approval.

RETURNS: All returns must be accompanied with RMA #. Not responsible for shipments lost during transportation.

RUSH SERVICE: All rush services require approval from senior management. There is a $25.00 or more rush fee added to the order.

SAMPLES:
We are happy to supply you with samples at no cost. We only ask for your UPS or FedEx number to cover shipping cost. Please email sample request to pat@hartleigh.com including product number, product color, your membership number and your UPS or FedEx account.

SPLIT PRODUCT: $20.00 per additional product color fee. (if less then 100 pieces.)

SHIPPING: F.O.B. Los Angeles or Oceanside, CA. Shipping cost will be added to the bill and handling fee of $18.00 (a). Split shipment fee $ 10.00 (g)
